Esta intervenci\u00f3n transformar\u00e1 la calle en zona peatonal, con el cambio del pavimento consistente en una plataforma \u00fanica y del mismo tipo de piedra que la vecina Pla\u00e7a de la Font; salvo la esquina con Rere Sant Dom\u00e8nec que se har\u00e1 con un acabado diferente. Con estas intervenciones la calle Sant Dom\u00e8nec es especialmente peatonal, aunque se permita la circulaci\u00f3n espor\u00e1dica de veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adecuaci\u00f3n de las instalaciones<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La adecuaci\u00f3n de las instalaciones comportar\u00e1 la renovaci\u00f3n de alcantarillado, agua potable, riego e incendios:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soterramiento de instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica a\u00e9rea y mejora de las existentes; tambi\u00e9n de alumbrado p\u00fablico e incorporaci\u00f3n de puesta a tierra.<\/li>\n<li>Enterramiento de las l\u00edneas generales de telefon\u00eda y mejora y ampliaci\u00f3n de las existentes (salvo las l\u00edneas individuales de fachada).<\/li>\n<li>Mejora de la disposici\u00f3n de la red de gas en zanjas y ampliaci\u00f3n de la instalaci\u00f3n existente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Presupuesto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Proyecto, promovido por EMATSA (agua y alcantarillado) y SMHAUSA (el resto) tiene un presupuesto repartido en dos lotes de licitaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n que realizan un total de 309.400 \u20ac, antes de IVA.<\/p>\n<p>El primer lote de 208.745,39 \u20ac, es para el proyecto de SMHAUSA, el segundo lote con 100.654,61 \u20ac de EMATSA, corresponde a los cap\u00edtulos de saneamiento y agua potable de la Empresa Mixta Municipal de Aguas<\/p>\n<p>El plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n durar\u00e1 cuatro meses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-21299","noticia","type-noticia","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.2 -
