{"id":21361,"date":"2014-12-04T13:42:16","date_gmt":"2014-12-04T12:42:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-ematsa.6tems.es\/noticia\/signatura-pla-igualtat\/"},"modified":"2024-08-08T14:17:24","modified_gmt":"2024-08-08T12:17:24","slug":"signatura-pla-igualtat","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/dev-ematsa.6tems.es\/es\/noticia\/signatura-pla-igualtat\/","title":{"rendered":"Firma Plan de Igualdad en EMATSA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 0 10px 10px 0;\" src=\"https:\/\/dev-ematsa.6tems.es\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Pla_igualtat.jpg\" alt=\"Pla_igualtat\" width=\"300\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Igualdad de EMATSA, formada por la representaci\u00f3n de los Trabajadores y de la Direcci\u00f3n de EMATSA, ha firmado de forma conjunta y consensuada su Plan de Igualdad.<\/p>\n<p>Este plan es el resultado del diagn\u00f3stico de situaci\u00f3n de la realidad de la empresa en materia de igualdad que se ha realizado durante este a\u00f1o. Est\u00e1 formado por treinta y seis acciones, cuyo objetivo es alcanzar la igualdad de trato y oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres y eliminar la discriminaci\u00f3n por raz\u00f3n de sexo.<\/p>\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Igualdad velar\u00e1 por la ejecuci\u00f3n de las acciones del Plan y evaluar\u00e1 anualmente, en relaci\u00f3n con cada uno de los objetivos establecidos en el Plan, la realizaci\u00f3n y efectividad de las medidas puestas en marcha.<\/p>\n<p>Con la firma de este plan, EMATSA cumple el Compromiso del Ayuntamiento de Tarragona y del Grupo Agbar con el establecimiento y desarrollo de pol\u00edticas para garantizar la igualdad real y efectiva entre mujeres y hombres dentro de la Organizaci\u00f3n y evitar cualquier tipo de discriminaci\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-21361","noticia","type-noticia","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.2 -
