La compa\u00f1\u00eda de aguas acoge a estudiantes de FP Dual desde el a\u00f1o 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Empresa Municipal Mixta de Aguas de Tarragona, Ematsa, ha sido reconocida en el acto de entrega de los Premios Catalonia FP BIZ DAY, que impulsa la consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional de la Generalitat y que tuvo lugar ayer por la tarde en la Escuela Industrial de Barcelona.<\/p>\n

El galard\u00f3n, que recogi\u00f3 el alcalde de Tarragona y presidente de Ematsa, Rub\u00e9n Vi\u00f1uales, reconoce el compromiso de la compa\u00f1\u00eda de aguas con la FP Dual, destacando la responsabilidad social, la conciencia para adaptarse a los cambios en el ecosistema de la dual, y por el largo recorrido apostando por la formaci\u00f3n del alumnado y, al mismo tiempo, por el compromiso demostrado por el futuro de este modelo.<\/p>\n

Este reconocimiento valora el compromiso de Ematsa con la formaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo profesional de los j\u00f3venes estudiantes, ofreci\u00e9ndoles la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia pr\u00e1ctica en un entorno laboral real dentro del sector de la gesti\u00f3n del agua.<\/p>\n

El presidente de la compa\u00f1\u00eda ha destacado que “la participaci\u00f3n de Ematsa en programas de FP Dual no s\u00f3lo beneficia a los estudiantes, sino que tambi\u00e9n contribuye a la formaci\u00f3n de futuros profesionales altamente cualificados para el sector” y ha a\u00f1adido “a la vez que fortalece los v\u00ednculos entre el mundo educativo y el tejido empresarial del territorio”.<\/p>\n

Ematsa cuenta con el sello de Calidad del servicio de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional Dual en la categor\u00eda de Excelencia. Alcanz\u00f3 por primera vez este sello en 2021, siendo pioneros en este \u00e1mbito, y lo ha revalidado durante 2024 con una vigencia de tres a\u00f1os. La figura del estudiante en pr\u00e1cticas de la modalidad Dual es habitual en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de la compa\u00f1\u00eda desde el a\u00f1o 2014. En la actualidad, la empresa colabora con el IES Comte de Rius, el IES Pere Martell, la Escuela Joan XIII, el INS Vidal y Barraquer y el INS Horticultura y jardiner\u00eda.<\/p>\n
